How do I get a ride from Senior Transport?
Call 217-528-4035 ext. 128
-give your name, phone number and address
-state the date you are calling about and the time of your appointment
-give the address you are going to
-any accommodations you will need

If the scheduler is assisting another client, the call will go to voicemail. Calls are recorded and returned in the order they are received. If you have not had a return call within 24 hours, please call a second time.

How do I get a pick up?
Generally, pickups are scheduled 30 minutes before your appointment. Drivers will arrive to pick you up at the designated time. Drivers try hard to be on time. Due to unpredictable weather, travel time and traffic, drivers may be 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late.

Riders must be able to access the vans on their own or with little assistance. If you will require assistance (carry a bag, a hand to steady you, etc.) you must have made accommodations at the time you scheduled your pick up. Drivers can come to the door for assistance but may not cross the threshold.

How do I get back from my appointment?
When you are finished with your appointment, you will call 217-528-4035. Make sure when you call that you speak to a person. If the call volume is too high, it may go to voice mail. In that case, hang up and call back. When you speak to the receptionist, they will need:
-your name and the address where you are
-any additional information the driver will need in order to make contact with you
-to ask for an estimate of how long you will need to wait for a driver
Be sure to keep an eye out for the driver!
