Daily Bread program is a nutrition program serving seniors at 13 different sites/cities across Sangamon and Menard counties.

Home Delivered Meals: Monday through Thursday, Daily Bread delivers hot, nutritious, general diet, mid-day meals to home bound seniors throughout most of Sangamon and Menard counties. Seniors 60 & over, without dietary restrictions, who are  home bound and unable to prepare a nutritious meal for themselves are eligible to receive home delivered meals.

Congregate Locations: Join us for lunch Monday through Thursday at any one of our 7 Daily Bread Congregate sites. Lunch for Seniors 60 & over is just $3.00 (suggested donation).  For guests under 60, lunch is $5.75. Seniors 60 & over, without dietary restrictions are eligible.

 Who’s Eligible?

Anyone who has difficulty preparing meals for themselves.

What’s the Cost?

Billed monthly; $6.25 per meal, optional breakfast $2.25
